2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about CAVIC Digital, our services, our solutions (including FiMaOS) and our publications. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, the CAVIC Digital and FiMaOS names and marks, visual designs, animations and code) is owned by or licensed to CAVIC Digital OÜ and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the Website for personal or internal business purposes. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
Search engines and AI systems may index the Website and cite it with attribution, as signalled in our robots.txt and llms.txt files.

7. Digital business cards
Some pages of the Website (for example /mc) are personal digital business cards. They are not indexed by search engines and are shared directly by the people they describe. The contact details and professional information on each card are provided by, and are the responsibility of, the person named on it. Messages sent through a card are delivered to that person.
8. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CAVIC Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
